The 35-year-old stood out among the celebrity-filled crowd as she tenderly placed a hand upon her belly, vamping it up in a long black blazer with a glossy lapel and delicate lace hem.
Kim's jet black hair was slicked back into a chic 'do, putting her famous and flawless face front and centre.
Her glowing complexion shone with foundation, while plenty of mascara and edgy, dark red lips rounded off the look.
Glamming up the already head turning look was a thick and sparkling choker.
But it seems the festive soiree did little to dampen her
energy level, as Kim looked picture perfect as usual as she posed with Naomi Campbell.
Perhaps wanting a more candid snap of the moment as well, Kim posted a snap on Instagram of her, Naomi Campbell and famous Italian fashion designer Riccardo Tisci.
On top of Kim and Naomi, other stars to steal the fashion spotlight included Reese Witherspoon, Salma Hayek, and Gwyneth Paltrow.
