First look inside 'Titanic 2' as stunning replica ocean liner prepares to set sail in 2018

The eerie images show how closely the new vessel will be modelled on the RMS Titanic - which famously sank in the Atlantic Ocean in 1912

Among the new features, however, will be a helipad and modern safety features.
There will also be a lifeboat for everyone on board - unlike the 1912 vessel, on which more than 1,500 passengers and crew died on the ill-fated voyage.
Titanic 2 will be 13ft wider than the original ship, but its length, height and weight will be similar and will also nine decks.

It will boast 840 cabins across its three classes and carry 2,435 passengers and 900 crew.
The new ship is estimated to be between £300million to £400million.
