Emma, who has just had her wisdom teeth removed, cries at her mum: "I just found out I’m Kylie Jenner and you didn’t tell me.”
General anaesthetic can do strange things to people waking up after surgery - including convincing them they're reality TV star Kylie Jenner.
In this hilarious video, a girl, known only as Emma, is seen having just come
around after an operation to remove her wisdom teeth.
And, astonishingly, she seems to think she's a member of 'the Klan'.
Emma, who is left with a swollen mouth after going under the knife, clearly believes she's the 18-year-old reality star, who's known for her luscious lips.
But, surprisingly, she's not happy about it.
In fact, she's positively inconsolable.
Lying on her back, Emma tells her mum: “I’m Kylie Jenner. Oh my gosh. I don’t know what to do. I don’t understand why you’re keeping it a secret from me.”
Her eyes are red from crying.
She adds: “I just found out I’m Kylie Jenner and you didn’t tell me.”
And when the issue of her dad comes up, she goes next level distraught.
Reminded that her dad is Caitlyn Jenner, she reacts with disbelief and dismay.
She cries: “What?! My dad is Caitlyn Jenner?! Oh my gosh! Oh no! Oh no! I can’t believe this. Daddy is Caitlyn? Does he know this?
“Oh my gosh! My life is so crazy. You’re Kris Jenner and my dad is Caitlyn.”
Eventually, she decides it's time to go home to her "mansion".
The three minute and 31 second clip was uploaded to YouTube by Alisha Zamora on Sunday and has gone viral, amassing 63,000 views.

It's unknown whether Emma became even more upset when the anaesthetic wore off and she realised she wasn't a multi-millionaire, after all.
