The Belgian struck from distance in the 74th minute to leave PSG with too much to do as the French champions failed to go beyond the last eight again
Manchester City are into the semi-finals of the Champions League for the first time in the club's history after knocking out fellow financial juggernauts Paris Saint-
Germain.
A moment of Kevin De Bruyne magic in the 74th minute proved to be the different for Manuel Pellegrini's men, as the Belgian's curling 20-yard strike gifted his side a 1-0 victory at the Etihad.
Joe Hart came to the rescue five minutes later to deny PSG an away goal as he kept out Edinson Cavani in a one-on-one situation.

Sergio Aguero had earlier missed a first-half penalty after being brought down by PSG goalkeeper Kevin Trapp, but in the end that proved academical as City booked their place in Friday's last four draw.
Simon Mullock was at the Etihad on a memorable night for the Citizens.
Here are five things he learned from the match...
1. City fans finally embrace Champions League
Manchester City's fans once again jeered the Champions League anthem, but this may have been the night the Blue Mooners fell in love with the tournament. A full-house of 53,000 packed the Etihad to see City move into the semis.
2. Dismal showing by the referee
Spanish referee Carlos Velasco Carballo should never see the Champions League again. Only he knows why PSG keeper Kevin Trapp only got a yellow card when he hacked down Sergio Aguero with the City striker through on goal.
3. Aguero's not perfect
Even Aguero isn't perfect - especially from the spot. The Argentine missed at a key time in last year's second round against Barcelona and he sent his effort last night wide of the post.
4. Di Maria flops
Angel Di Maria just doesn't like Manchester. The £60million winger moved to Paris after flopping at Old Trafford and he once again looked a shadow of the player that was such a star at Real Madrid.
5. De Bruyne proves his worth
Where would City be if De Bruyne hadn't been injured in January? The Belgian has been magnificent since his return from a knee injury sustained in January and his strike served to win any game.
