Alien researchers Secure Team 10 believe Mars was a planet much like Earth before it was destroyed by a nuclear war and its population wiped out
A group called Secure Team 10 claim that not only is there life on the Red Planet, but it reaches far beyond "simple, microbial life."
In a video posted a online, they compare two pictures from the Mars Rover of the same spot on the surface.
One shows an empty location, the second shows the same spot - but this time a long cylindrical "creature" is visible.
Secure Team 10 claim this shows there is activity on the planet, and in this particular image that the
"worm" is burrowing through the dirt.
Such claims have previously been refuted by NASA, who say occurrences can be explained by a number of scientific factors attributed to the environment.
But speaking in the video, the group's founder Tyler Glockner says: "You are looking at the dirt here on the Martian surface there's nothing there and in the very next image we see this worm looking object moving through the dirt... This thing is wiggling up through the dirt whatever it is."

The group believe Mars was a planet much like Earth before it was destroyed by a nuclear war and its population wiped out.
Mr Glockner adds: "Mars is not some dead radiation covered planet that NASA would have us believe.
"There are structures on Mars, craft on Mars.
"There are buildings, there are statues, there are monoliths, there are dooms, there are glass tube like structures underground with objects moving through them.

"There are entrances on the surfaces on the surface leading down into some sort of underground base.
"There are bones, there are skeletons, there are lights, there are UFOs in the sky and sufficed to say there are a lot of things that NASA would like to keep secret but these things have leaked out little by little over the years. "
While NASA has refuted such theories over the years, those leaving comments on the video also had their own explanations.
One said: "Wondering what causes the massive scaring on Mars and other planets in our solar system? Check out the electric universe theory as they are most likely made when two massive heavenly bodies (planets) get too close to each other and discharge humongous amounts of electricity, creating unbelievably massive thunderbolts which scare the surface.
"This has been reproduced in labs so get educated to other possibilities."
Several also said the Mars Rover itself could be responsible for the apparent disturbance on the surface.
One added: "It looks like drill samples to me... not a worm like creature but multiple drill holes or laser pin point readings.
"They usually take before and after pics of the areas where they take samples to document the event."
